Real Name: Elizabeth (Liz) Ramos
Powers: Liz can generate force fields with telekinesis through prayerful concentration and mindfulness. With those force fields she can move anything she wants and conceal anything she wants. She could have a force field that blocks out spiritual energy but keeps the air flowing through. She also has retractable wings coming out of her back through her shoulder blades and skin. Her wings can shed and replenish feathers at will. Since much of her ability has to do with the brain and the mind, her knowledge of scripture and other holy writings is extraordinary. Liz might be one of the smartest high-schoolers alive in this generation. She also has low level seer ability, Liz can see any to all spirit activity, know what they are, what level they are, and what intent they may have.
History
Liz grew up on a family farm in the countryside of Rice Lake, Wisconsin. She wanted to focus on her education but her parents wanted her to work on the farm. So whenever she did her homework she prayed that she could spread wings and fly far away from here.
Liz had terrible night terrors, and after waking up from several of them she noticed that her room had been trashed—her nightmare of an out-of-control monster rampaging through her room had come true. One day during her own personal Bible study she had a spiritual awakening which gave her retractable, beautiful angel-like wings; also a force field surrounded her. Her awaking scared the cows and had them stampeding off the farm. Liz‘s family could not keep any livestock on the premises because every single time Liz would retract her wings it would scare off any animals and or somehow prevented them from producing milk. Her family got really suspicious and scared about her new powers. One night they investigated as Liz was having a night terror. They found out that that she was manifesting destructive force fields all around the farm that wrecked the buildings and the equipment.
One day while her parents went into town to seek out the help of Dr. John Cross Jr., the head educator of a school for supernatural teenagers, Liz’s siblings confronted her about ruining the farm while she slept. They tied her down, forcing her to retract her wings, then turned her into a side-show-freak. People came and paid to see her wings so she could make up the money it cost to rebuild the farm. Her parents arranged for Dr. Cross and his model student, Jim Verarde, to free Liz and enroll her in his school. Once enrolled, Liz and Jim became fast friends at the Center for a Troubled Teens High School. There she learned how to control her telekinetic force fields through biblical teaching and the oversight of Dr. Cross. Now a part of the school, Liz went on several recruiting missions with Dr. Cross and Jim. Together, they helped form the next generation team of superheroes known as the In-Siderz.
